Lauren is fantastic! This was our first time staying in Chicago for a weekend and for some reason a lot of places didn’t have vacancy. She helped us get the best room at the best location for a good price. Her welcoming note and wine bottle at the hotel made us feel like royalty. Lauren helped us book the architectural district boat tour which was a big highlight on our trip. She made this trip such an enjoyable experience!
