I found them by chance. I had worked with a previous TA for my first two cruises. It wasn't much. I told them the specific cruise I wanted and room type. Got what I wanted. And that was it. Kyle was so different! I had a cruise and date planned and he was in constant communication with me! Bonus this was a last minute idea. He was able to get me room options, within budget, and a general idea of where the rooms were. I was able to get a room feet from the Solarium and that was amazing! This experience is what I always thought a TA would be, someone to help you figure out the nitty gritty. I've only done 2 cruises before him and this was so helpful. PLUS he checked in before we left and after we came back! Just thank you for caring. I also got some cupcakes since this cruise was a semi birthday celebration (And a chance to just get away from work and try something new). 100000% recommend!

Kyle is an incredible advisor. He’s worked to understand what was important to us while on the trip and provided great options to choose from for both hotel and excursions. Kyle was knowledgeable, attentive, open to what we wanted to do, and thoughtful. He checked in on us before the trip, during and after to make sure everything continued to run smoothly. We couldn’t have been more grateful for Kyle’s support on the trip.
