From start to finish, Kristina took such great care of us. She arranged seamless transportation to and from the airport, making our travel completely stress-free. She secured VIP treatment for us at the Hyatt Ziva, made sure our rooms were top notch, and truly made us feel like celebrities throughout our stay. Kristina checked in with us every day to ensure everything was perfect and that we were enjoying our getaway. It was a pleasure working with Kristina. She listened to everything we wanted and delivered a hotel that was beyond perfect for everyone. She is thoughtful and takes your wants and dives deep into research looking at every property photo, reads reviews, looks at what's around the hotel and then delivers a spectacular experience! We were VIPs when we arrived and received exceptional service. Everyone knew who we were and treated us like royalty. Thank you to Kristina for making this happen. I'm not traveling without her planning and outreach ever again.
