Whether a couples getaway or a family trip to a national park, I love experiencing the beauty of this great big world! Kristin helped us throughout the entire process. She was an amazing resource and we truly enjoyed our time in Switzerland.

Kristin did a great job of providing accommodation options and for us to ultimately find the SLS resort. The only negative I can note is that it was not clarified what types of credit cards can be used for the reservation at the resort. Luckily, I had a card option that can be used on site. However, if I did not I technically could have been in a bad situation of traveling to Mexico, but unable to check-in and stay at the resort. Despite that one situation, Kristin was very helpful for example when we requested to change our transfer pickup time from SLS to the airport.

Kristin helped us plan an unforgettable trip to NYC with an excellent hotel recommendation and itinerary for my family of 5 along with my mother who has Parkinson's. She understood my concerns and helped to ease my anxieties and have fun planning this amazing trip. This was the best adventure we have had over the holidays as a family (instead stead of presents) and plan to continue the tradition thanks to Kristin!
