Kristen is a PRO!!! When our first room had an issue that didn't match the booking from a prospective view, she handled it, and we were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite for the inconvenience.

Kristen was knowledgeable, and quick to respond. She promptly handled my needs both pre-arrival during the booking process, as well as when the hotel did not put me in the room that was booked, she was a bulldog and called herself to handle. Thanks again and will definitely use Kristen in the future!!
