VERY helpful! Answered questions we had about the hotel, sites to visit, and points of interest along the drive. Looked up things around us to make suggestions of what is happening around us. Always friendly, patient and helpful. She definitely made the trip with what she had given us.

The communication with Kristal about my wants and needs for my staycation was great, every email was timely and completely clear in what was being planned. All preferences were taken into account and several options for hotels were given as well. All recommendations for local activities were super helpful. Overall she absolutely went above and beyond. I recommend her to anyone looking for a travel advisor and you won't be disappointed.
