I reached out at the absolute last minute to book a simple hotel stay and she managed to save me 40% off what I saw online. Not only that, but she notified the hotel staff of my late check-in to make sure the trip was seamless. If my experience was so bespoke and well cared for for a simple overnight stay, I can't imagine how great the experience will be for my next major holiday. Highly recommend.
