Kendall was super helpful! We had problems with both our flights and the initial hotel we booked and she fixed both instantly. Without a doubt the most stress free trip planning experience I’ve ever had!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kendall to plan a mother/daughter trip to Germany with my mom. I couldn't have been happier with my experience! From the very beginning, Kendall was attentive, organized, and knowledgeable about all things Germany and Christmas markets : ) Kendall took the time to understand our travel style and preferences, and curated an itinerary that was perfectly tailored to our needs. Every detail was meticulously planned, with an organized agenda that we constantly referenced throughout our trip.

One of the highlights of the trip was a tour of the Neuschwanstein Castle, which Kendall arranged with a fantastic tour group. Her recommendations on the best time and method to visit this site helped us make the most of our visit. It was truly magical seeing the snow covered castle and learning about the history!

Kendall was very accommodating. She heard my needs and reserved the perfect hotel for us. There were a lot of great restaurants within walking distance and it was in a nice area. I will work with Kendall again for future trips.

Kendall was fantastic every step of the way! She made sure to send a variety of hotel options for our stay outside of Sleepy Hollow, NY, in a timely manner, while keeping in mind our preferences- an included kitchenette and being relatively close to all the activities we wanted to do while visiting. Once we found a hotel we liked, she took care of the booking and made sure to confirm all our booking details with the hotel leading up to our trip. She did a great job making me feel comfortable and ready for my trip, and I will most definitely be going through her again for my future travels!

Kendall did a terrific job finding us a great hotel in the area where we wanted to stay. She was very flexible and available with her time so that we could work through some other details like the ferry across the river. So all in all she did a great job.
