Katie was great to work with! She coordinated at length with the hotel prior to our arrival to ensure we didn't have to worry about anything once we arrived. She was even able to get us a free room upgrade! Katie made the entire trip as easy and stress-free as it could possibly be for us, ensuring an amazing experience from start to finish.
