We had a wonderful experience working with Kaelyn. She booked everything from start to finish including transportation to and from the airport which was something I was concerned about being that we were out of the county. Kaelyn was communicative throughout the whole process and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. Will be using her again!!

Kaelyn gave us lots of options! Saved us time in researching on our own. Responsive -either responded quickly or told us when she was going to get back to us.

At one point there were some changes with the options we were originally told (with the 17 year old in our group). These could have been a deal breaker on the arrangements but Kaelyn did a lot of research to resolve the issues.

Kaelyn was able to book a suite with an adjoining room that accommodated all 4 of us! The icing on top was the champagne waiting for us to start our weekend celebration! She checked in with us as soon as we checked in as well. Top notch service.

Kaelyn really helped us plan out this trip and gave us plenty of options when we weren’t certain when and where we would be.
