Kacey went above and beyond to make our stay an exceptional one. From the moment our bellman opened the door to an upgraded suite, which we totally had not expected, to the yummy treats (all favorites) accompanied by a personalized welcome note from the hospitality staff, all set the tone for an unforgettable Christmas vacation. It was evident that Kacey went the extra mile as a travel agent to ensure we experienced the best. Our room far exceeded our expectations. Returning each day to a cozy suite, burning fireplace, and steaming hot tub on our personal deck after a day on the slopes was the best! I would highly recommend Kacey as a travel agent for anyone planning a getaway…… big or small. She will go above and beyond to make sure your experience is a memorable one!
