After 15 years in corporate financial services managing client relationships, I recently stepped away to focus on my family and pursue my passion for travel and event planning. My previous role involved extensive travel and client entertainment, and I became known for creating unique, memorable experiences in cities across the country.
I’m now channeling that expertise into Clementine Barker, a full-service travel and event planning company specializing in intimate group trips and thoughtfully themed events designed with style and intention. We handle every detail—from crafting personalized itineraries and sourcing exceptional venues and hotels to creating bespoke décor, curated favors, and meaningful gifts—resulting in seamless, beautifully executed experiences you can simply show up and enjoy.

We wanted to have fun and relax, and she delivered on a bespoke experience for our group, with every detail carefully thought through to maximize our enjoyment. She designed and executed on customized welcome gifts for our group, carefully researched restaurants and activities to align with our group’s needs and preferences and ensured that every logistical detail was handled so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She went above and beyond to arrange for fun decor in our hotel room, which was such a nice touch! We had a passport issue ahead of our trip and Josie was quick to step in and minimize the impact that it had on our plans. We are so thankful for Josie’s creativity, fun spirit and attention to detail, and are already thinking about our next trip.

Traveling with a baby was made easy thanks to Josie Barker! She created the perfect package for a maternity leave getaway before I returned to work. She found us a great resort that was easy to get to with a 3-month-old, including direct flights from our local airport. It was also perfectly within our price range. She even organized our baby rental equipment and responded within moments whenever we reached out. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience!
