I live by the saying: To have what you've never had, you must do as you've never done.

My Travel Style

I've always lived a life of adventure, so this has always been a factor in my personal travels, but 20 years in food and beverage have taught me to seek and appreciate this about anywhere I go, and at the end of it all, I do love to finish with a luxury feel. I believe that while I can stay at a luxury hotel, to truly experience a place, I have to walk in the places and eat as the locals do, so I'm a huge proponent of immersive experiences.
