My Story

My journey into travel advising is rooted in a lifelong love of exploration and the joy of discovery. Some of my earliest memories are traveling in RVs with my grandparents, camping and exploring new places, and learning that travel isn’t just about where you’re going—it’s about the experience, the journey, and being present in the moment.

As I got older, that passion grew into a deep appreciation for exploring the United States, especially its state parks and national parks. Traveling through different landscapes—mountains, deserts, forests, and coastlines—helped shape my connection to nature and my desire to see as much of the world as possible. International experiences in places like Jamaica, the Bahamas, and Mexico further expanded my perspective, showing me how travel connects us to different cultures, people, and ways of life.

Becoming a travel advisor felt like a natural next step. I want to help others feel confident and supported when they travel, whether they’re exploring close to home or venturing somewhere completely new. Travel has brought me freedom, joy, and a sense of connection, and my goal is to help others experience that same feeling.

Travel Style

My travel style is all about balance. I value having a comfortable and secure place to stay—especially when traveling somewhere new—so I can fully relax and enjoy the experience. Feeling safe and at ease creates the foundation for a great trip.

From there, I love getting out and truly exploring. Excursions are a big part of how I travel, whether that means seeing the land, visiting natural sites, or experiencing the area beyond the resort or hotel. I want to understand where I am, not just pass through it.

I’m also a big foodie, and food is an essential part of how I experience a destination. I love trying local cuisine, exploring regional flavors, and discovering the food that reflects the culture and history of the place. For me, some of the best travel memories are made around a great meal in a new location.

I don’t believe travel should feel rushed or overwhelming, but I also don’t travel just to stay in one place. The ideal trip blends comfort, exploration, great food, and meaningful experiences—and that’s the same thoughtful, balanced approach I bring when helping others plan their travels.
