Jessica, our travel advisor, was truly the highlight of the trip. She set the tone perfectly by preparing us for “island time,” which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the experience from the start.
Her technical expertise, local knowledge, organization, and attention to detail were exceptional—easily the best we’ve experienced. She had every aspect of the trip covered from A to Z, including airport timing, transportation, check-in logistics, and even thoughtful insights like the scale of the resort and how much walking to expect.
When we arrived, the check-in staff spoke very highly of her and even upgraded our room, which further reflected the strength of her relationships and professionalism.
Small touches, like the welcome package, were especially appreciated and showed her level of care and preparation.
Going forward, she will be our go-to travel advisor for all future trips.

Jessica made our anniversary getaway extremely special. We had rose petals on the bed and an incredible selection of fruits, cakes and even kosher wine, waiting for us in the room. She killed it!

We had the absolute best travel advisor !!! She was super patient and meticulous about showing us all the options and which would be the best fit especially with our budget. She was very responsive and prompt and organized with giving us all the details for the rooms, the hotel amenities and the information on the island. Highly recommended !!
