Jessica was a pleasure to work with and communication and booking process very efficient and simple. Her recommendation to stay at this property for an event I was attending in the area was excellent and I had a great time. I’m excited to work with her on future travel needs.

Jess was absolutely fantastic in helping us plan our moms’ getaway to Healdsburg. She truly thought through every detail and added special touches that made the weekend feel extra special—complimentary bottles of wine, sweet notes for the birthday girls, and thoughtful surprises throughout our stay. She was also spot-on with choosing the hotel location based on the activities we had planned, which made everything seamless and easy. Jess is incredibly thoughtful, a great communicator, and genuinely fun to work with. I can’t recommend her enough and will definitely use her again.

Jess was fantastic with booking the hotel, requesting special extras for the group and communicated promptly and efficiently. She was disappointed that the follow through on the hotel's end did not happen and was (unnecessarily!) apologetic.
