Jennifer found this gem of a hotel. I booked further away for more money. She sent me the reviews and distance from my theater and even notified me when the price went down. She also sent me things to do and gave me recommendations for food, activities etc. She is a top notch agent and I'm so glad I used her to assist with this trip! Would definitely use her again!

Thanks for your request to review my rental car experience with Alamo. We did not have any problems getting our rental car at the counter and were given the car we booked. It was fast and easy. We did encounter a problem when we actually obtained the rental car. The first car we were given had a strong smoke smell that we couldn't handle, but Alamo had no problem in giving us another car right away. We would rate them a 5 out of 5.
We would rate you as our Travel Advisor a 5 out of 5 also. You were very helpful in getting us a rental car for our trip at a low price and made the whole process very easy. We would definitely use you again in the future to obtain another rental car for us.
