Our Travel Guide - Jennifer Hotchkis was very engaging with a 5 star experience. Her knowledge and professionalism prior to arrival as well as daily check-in texts to see how we were enjoying ourselves was a highlight and we completely received the VIP experience. By booking though Fora and Jennifer as our personal guide, it provided us with Elite Membership which included early check-in, late check-out, daily breakfast credit, resort credit and room upgrade which was a lovely Cottage Room. Thank you Jennifer for making our holiday trip EXTRA special!
