I basically told Janet i had never been to Japan and was uncomfortable with language issues in a foreign country. I created an list of things i wanted to see in japan spanning 3 cities. Janet created a itinerary that allowed me to see ALL of the items within my time barriers (10-6). I never felt rushed. I had expert guides and knowledgeable drivers. Janet also knew the little things like getting reserved back seating so my family could store luggageon the bullet train. When a schedule had to be changed due to a team not being in town , she quickly found a replacement team, adjusted the hotel and had someone meet me at the station to take my luggage PERSONALLY!!! simply put i could not have had as much done without Janet!!!!
