Janet Gierhan was highly recommended to assist us in finding the perfect place to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. We contacted Janet to help us find a hotel/resort on the East Coast of Florida and from the moment we first spoke to her until we completed our trip, she went above and beyond from what we would have ever expected. She was so patient and thorough looking for the perfect place for us. She not only researched hotels/resorts, but activities and shopping close by. When we decided on Costa d'Este Beach Resort and Spa, she contacted them ensuring that we would be given a warm welcome upon arrival. After arriving at the hotel, Janet contacted us making sure all was good and to see if there was anything needed. Janet contacted us yet again after we checked out to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Janet was amazing and we will definitely call her again!
