Jamie was a huge help in planning our stay in Istanbul. She found us the perfect boutique hotel in a great neighborhood that made it easy to explore the city. She provided great recommendations for things to do in the city with our 5 year old daughter. When we ran into a last minute billing issue due to a compromised credit card, Jamie stepped in right away and made sure everything was sorted so our trip wasn't affected at all. Having her in our corner made a big difference on this being a seamless and well thought out trip.
