Jaelyn was great at keeping us informed of the process and all the changes the hotel has made since my last visit so I was not caught off guard with the extra fees for parking and such. She did a great job at helping us have the best time we could at this venue.

JaeLyn was excellent to work with. She was on top of all the things we needed. When Hertz ran out of cars before we got to the front of a very long line, she was very willing to make any arrangements we wanted. She canceled our reservation when we were able to rent a car through Sixt. JaeLyn was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very willing to help with our questions and requests.
