Oh, my gosh, where do we even begin to tell you how amazing Jaelyn is? She is top notch!!!! From beginning to end she is there. Any stupid questions I might have had...she answered! If you need anything scheduled, please do not hesitate to contact her. As far as I am concerned, she is the best!!!!

Jaelyn was great at keeping us informed of the process and all the changes the hotel has made since my last visit so I was not caught off guard with the extra fees for parking and such. She did a great job at helping us have the best time we could at this venue.
