Jack consistently picked great hotels in fun neighborhoods, and recommended amazing local restaurants - it was easy to feel immersed in the cities and the surrounding areas without feeling like a tourist! All of his suggestions were 10/10, and we will definitely be using Jack's services again for our next Europe trip!

Our travel advisor Jack Haley is excellent! He has helped us many times before. He makes travel so much easier and removes the time and stress. He listens to our needs and does the thinking for us. He is a full package and shares the best travel experience. He made amazing recommendations that we got to experience and made fabulous reservations for dinners as well! His passion for the Basque Country shines through and he is an expert in the culture! We even got to go to an amazing festival in another town. He made our trip! This hotel was a beautiful spot to rest up in order to tackle another day of the Basque life! Highly recommend him!!!
