Luxury travel can sometimes be a bit tacky. To me, real luxury is finding hotels and restaurants with good taste. I’m only interested in establishments that pay attention to detail. When planning a trip for clients, I will only send them to places that I personally would go to. After 10 years of living in Europe, I’ve now become an expert in creating trips that you typically only see in magazines. Like I said, it’s all about the details.

Jack is responsive, knows Bilbao like the back of his hand. Not only did Jack Haley help coordinate the perfect stay at the Gran Hotel Domine/The Artist, he was able to get us some valuable add-ons to our stay that we could not have gotten on our own. Jack was an amazing ambassador for the beautiful and lively city of Bilbao and helped us coordinate outside of the city to see and experience not only Bilbao but venturing outside to see more of the Basque Country.
