I am writing to share my incredibly positive experience working with my travel agent, Issis Capote. From start to finish, she was truly exceptional and made the entire process seamless.
Issis located a hotel with nearby access to the Tube, which helped us save money as private transits to and from the hotel are pricey. The hotel was also able to provide us with an upgraded room that was cozy to stay in and had excellent air conditioning, dropping all the way down to 59 degrees.
I particularly appreciated how easy she was to work with. She was also incredibly detailed in her planning, ensuring every aspect of my trip was accounted for. Her ability to anticipate my needs and ask all the right questions really impressed me, demonstrating her expertise and dedication to providing excellent service. It was clear she was fully committed to assisting me every step of the way.

My travel advisor, Issis Capote, was extremely insightful. Traveling to a new country can often be nerve wrecking, but she kept me calm. Not only did Issis book my hotel, she additionally booked my transfers to and from the airport and all my excursions. All ran smoothly. This has been such a wonderful adventure. I am already planning my next adventure with her again.
