I enjoy walking through cities to really get to know them. I eat where the locals eat. My favorite thing to do is watch people go by—it says a lot about a place. I prefer staying longer in one city, and getting to know it deeply, rather than rushing through many. I’m all about local street food tours. Room service at least once per trip is a must.
