Our favorite place we stayed at during our Europe trip! So glad Emily recommended this place to us. We even got a load of laundry done for free. The breakfast and afternoon snacks included were such a bonus! Location was quiet but near everything we wanted to get to walking distance. Will be using Emily for future travel plans, no doubt :)

Emily was fantastic! She planned the perfect trip for us and our hotel was amazing! Not only did she do a great job ahead of our trip, but she was there for us during as well. I had credit card fraud during the beginning of our trip and had to cancel my card that was being used at our future hotels (this one included). She immediately helped me contact the hotels and give them updated credit card info so that we wouldn’t lose our reservation. I highly recommend booking with her! She went above and beyond!

Emily was fast and efficient in booking this for us. It was nice to have someone else to do the legwork and research. Will definitely use her again to book other trips and highly recommend her to others.
