My Story
Perfectionist and Professional Enjoyer of Nice Things. Mom of two littles and caretaker of two Frenchies. Cannot be trusted at the grocery store with my kids or alone in a five* Hotel Shop with sundresses and sunglasses.
My Travel Style
As a carry-on-only flyer for seven days or less, I expect a lot from my hotel. I am an avid enjoyer of excellent hotel bathroom amenities, and I have a lot of opinions about the best size bath sheets (not all are created equal). Good sunscreen options by a (preferably quiet) pool are a big plus. Personally prefer a pool/beach destination to unwind but have successfully planned repeat trips for clients who are looking for an urban and/or cultural experience somewhere new.

Eileen made us a last-minute booking and it was a perfect call. We were much more comfortable at Lansdowne than we would have been at the Team Hotel. Eileen knows what we like, and is always able to execute.

Eileen is always available and gets every detail correct, every trip. She is so good I do not want to leave this review because I don't want her agency to use it for marketing and have to share her. She gets our favorite suite (there is only one) for this trip every summer. She is the best we have used.

Eileen is very organized and always very responsive. She was able to book us the Penthouse Suite even though the hotel said it wasn't available. She booked dinners and activities and my wife and kids were thrilled.
