Dianna was fantastic. She understood our needs as a multigenerational family and was always accessible and tended to the needs of our group. She is very detailed and followed up on many topics that we would have overlooked without her help. She was great at communicating and coordinating all of the moving pieces making the experience seamless. Without her help, we probably would not have been able to make this trip possible for this year.
