My Story
Africa stole my heart when I worked with cheetahs in 2003, and Benin captured it for good during my Peace Corps years, where I helped run a tiny inn and met my husband. Life later took us to Alaska, where I spent years coordinating travel for universities and NGOs. These days, I plan trips for our family of five, always chasing meaningful adventures, the occasional splurge, and great stories to bring home.
My Travel Style
I’m the kind of traveler who loves new places (and great coffee!) but also appreciates the comfort of familiar airports. My heart’s in Africa, especially West Africa, but I grew up in Alaska and have explored much of the US I like getting to know what kind of travel lights you up, then adding those extra touches that make a trip comfortable, a little luxe, and full of stories to tell. And yes, if an upgrade’s possible, I’m on it.
