My Story
For years, my obstacle was stillness—the quiet prison of routine and recovery. Convalescence taught me patience, but it also built walls. The world was something I watched through a window.
The fork in my road appeared not as a crisis, but as a quiet question: do I stay in the safe harbor of regained health, or do I set sail to truly live with the time I’ve been given?
I chose to travel.
I now journey not to escape my past, but to complete my life’s story. I collect sunsets over foreign canals, the feel of ancient stone under my palm, the shared smiles with strangers who don’t know my history. These are the memories I carry—not of illness, but of a world deeply, wonderfully felt. They are the light pack I will take with me, whenever the final journey begins.
My wellness is found in motion, and my story is written in miles of memories and laughter!
Travel Style
I am into luxury travel, staying in fine hotels and using their amenities, such as gyms/sauna, and pools, or a massage by the beach/pools. I am an avid cruise traveler and pretty well-versed, but I could use some more life skills from the more experienced travel lifers in this Fora community.
The types of trips I have loved have been spiritual journeys, active party college days in any city/country, and business trips.
