Brendan's expertise curated a trip that exceeded expectations and made travel stress-free. We loved it all thanks to his savvy. His careful planning and quick response to all of our questions along the way was much appreciated. All told, he took our getaway to a higher-level. Brendan is what I would call travel agent extraordinaire—always patient, and paying extra attention to our many (and nuanced) requests. We never have to wait for a response to our many questions, and he always offers new insight, as well as thoughtful suggestions. He made our trip to Nobu Hotel in Cabo a dream, organizing our round trip car service, offering restaurant suggestions, and surprising us with a beautiful birthday welcome gift. We are beyond grateful for, and constantly amazed by, his level of service.

Brendan knew exactly what I was looking for and K5 fit the bill in Tokyo. I'm glad I could trust him and his network of information to find the right accommodations for my trip to Tokyo. I already have him securing another hotel for an upcoming trip to NYC similar to K5 so this makes future bookings a breeze and less stressful than navigating tons of unverifiable online reviews.

Brendan did a great job communicating Nemacolin’s offerings and room types to us. He told the booking agent about our 40th anniversary. We got lots of extras from the staff (flowers, balloons, and a large box of all types of sweet and salty snacks). Every staff member seemed to know and wish us a Happy Anniversary.
