There was a mixup when we got there and our room had accidentally been given away, so Arranged by A’Rie (our agent) took care of the issue, got us upgraded, and got us special treats for the inconvenience, which was really nice! The room ended up being in the penthouse and I have never stayed in one before, so I was excited for the new experience. Thank you for making this experience more enjoyable!

I really never understood why people use travel agents before but since I was visiting more than one country I thought I would work with an agent and make sure I go about the arrangements properly. I am so glad I did. I was informed, and saved more money than if I booked on my own. The app was helpful and gave me helpful alerts, stored all of my tickets, and knew the gates before the airport posted them.
