My Story
On my way to exploring 40 countries by 40 years old!
My Travel Style
Transitioned from hostel rooms to boutique stays but continue immersing myself in the local culture wherever I go. I love getting the best value and having the ability to travel often. I balance luxury accommodations with more budget-friendly ones on longer trips. The same extends to exploring a country. I may grab a taco from a street cart for lunch, then enjoy a Michelin-star restaurant for dinner. Life and travel is all about balance and variety.

We've always booked our own travel through websites like Priceline and Expedia, but on a friend's recommendation we decided to give Anisah a try. We were not disappointed! We simply gave her a few dates we were open to traveling, the idea for our trip (baby-moon!) and some restrictions we had like dog-friendly accommodations within a 2-hour drive and she did all the rest. Since it was the middle of a New England winter, we told her that a mountain getaway might work for us and while she found several great options that fit the bill, she also suggested Newport, RI, which is typically a summer destination. She then scoped out a few sample itineraries, for each and gave us a sense of overall budget. It was clear we were going to get so much more bang for our buck with the off-season rates, so we went with Newport. Once we had decided on the location and date, Anisah took care of the rest, arranging all of our desired activities with the hotel and they even conspired to get a framed picture of our dog to greet us in our room! Needless to say, the experience exceeded our expectations and we will look to her for all of our future travel needs.

3 Days in Mexico City
Mexico City was my husband and I's first trip as newlyweds, shortly after our wedding, so it holds special memories. I was blown away by the beautiful architecture, natural greenery intertwining the city, and incredible food. Now, I want as many others to experience the vibrancy and culture of Mexico City as well.
