I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Andrea was professional, timely and a joy to work with on this adventure. She early on asked just the right amount of questions to get a feel of what I was looking for and took that information and ran with it! She selected three wonderful hotels for my various locations and made great suggestions for train, boats and other logistics to maximize the enjoyment of my first visit to Italy. I could not have asked for a better blend of planned tours and personal exploration time. I truly felt that I saw virtually everything I wanted to see and yet was not exhausted by running from tour to tour. She provided me all the information and documents in multiple forms (apps and printed) which ensured my comfort and confidence. She checked in through out the trip to see if I needed anything, and I even reached out a couple of times asking for an impromptu dining recommendation which she provided in real time from a thousand miles away and somehow found me ideal spots. It was clear to me that Andrea knew the place like a local and curated my vacation to perfection! I could not recommend her services more highly! She's the best!
