My travel advisor, Ana Gambino, once again delivered outstanding customer service from A to Z. Ana is simply the best in the industry, in my view. I was able to get an early check-in, late check-out, and I was greeted with a welcome amenity. I also received complimentary breakfast and food credits. Everything was so well-planned by Ana that no credit card portals or travel website could ever deliver it. My travel advisor, Ana Gambino, is so amazing, and I cannot wait to book my next trip with Ana; she has my loyalty and travel has become pleasant again for me! I am so grateful to Ana! I had the most amazing stay at AKA West Palm and my Two-Bedroom Suite was truly wonderful. My travel advisor, Ana Gambino, recommended AKA West Palm for a relaxation experience and I had one of the best weekends of my life. It truly exceeded my expectations. My suite was upgraded for breathtaking coastal and swimming pool views. I received welcome amenities, I received hotel credits and preference check-in and check-out hours, all exactly how my travel advisor, Ana Gambino, told me. I am so happy with my travel advisor because I used to book my hotels through my Black, Platinum, and Gold Credit Cards Portal, but I never received the perks they advertise. I will only book with my travel advisor, Ana Gambino, from now on!!! No more credit card portals!!!! Even though I pay hefty annual fees for it and I travel quite often, I never had this amazing experience on my travels by booking with the credit card portals. I received above and beyond by booking with my travel advisor, Ana Gambino. I will be requesting more reservations with Ana soon. Thank you so much Ana!!!! AKA West Palm was truly amazing!!!!
