Amy was ahead of every step for us, making sure we had all our pieces in place. Communication was spectacular and she knew how to ensure our desires were met in every detail.

Amy was excellent to work with. She always answered our questions in a timely manner and provided us with all of the information we needed. She helped us to get extra on board credit which was great to cover some extra things we decided to do while cruising. I would absolutely use her services again and recommend her to others!

Amy was quick to respond to all of our questions and book us a great deal allowing us to move up to a Rockstar Suite/experience. When we had an airline issue at the airport, Amy was on the phone with the airline getting it figured out so we did not miss our flight.

Amy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She ensured that we got the best possible price for our cruise. She informed us that when the best time to purchase the cruise was and stacked as many discounts on as possible. We approached Amy about other aspects of our trip including flight and hotels and while we did not book those through her, she gave us wonderful advice including joining the rewards program at the hotel we ended up booking with, saving us 10%. Amy always responded to our emails quickly, even when she was on a cruise. We have already recommended Amy to other friends and family and will definitely use her in our future travels.
