Using a travel advisor was the best choice we've ever made. As an American traveling to Germany for the first time (with our kids), it can be a lot to try to learn and coordinate. We had detailed instructions on where to walk to pick up our rental car, (the company was Sixt) and easily the best rental car process I've ever been through. Our entire trip was seamless, and it's just so much easier having someone with experience set the whole thing up. Would definitely recommend!
