Alicia was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She made the entire experience seamless and went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of and had all of our questions answered in a timely fashion. She was kind, thorough and made everything so easy. We cannot wait to book with her again!

Alicia was extremely helpful and very patient as we were trying to determine what destination would be best for our schedule and time frame. She suggested several great options and helped us narrow it down to the best choice for us. She was prompt and thorough with her communication throughout the process. Once we booked our vacation, she continued to provide helpful updates and tips leading up to our trip. Everything went smoothly from travel, to rental car to resort. We didn’t have to worry about anything and could truly enjoy our vacation thanks to all of Alicia’s planning and efforts. Highly recommended!
