I was looking for a last minute New Year’s Eve trip and Alex was super helpful in planning a quick getaway and 3 day itinerary for us. Loved all of her recs! And will definitely use her for all trips big and small!

Alex was an outstanding travel advisor. She made sure that booking our room was smooth and hassle free. She handled all the booking and made sure we got perks from the hotel, which we did. We were upgraded from a standard room to a suite, thanks to Alex. She was very thoughtful and checked in to ask how the stay was going and if we liked the hotel. She also had the hotel send us a little welcome gift upon arrival-sweet touch. We would absolutely use Alex for our travel needs again and we plan to.

Couldn’t recommend Alex more! I was having trouble deciding on where to stay but Alex assured me that the Hotel William Grey was great and she was right! She was able to confirm a complimentary room upgrade and even had a little treat and sweet welcome letter waiting for me in the room. She checked in when I arrived to make sure everything went smoothly. Can’t wait to book my next trip!
