What Are Fora's Contract Terms

Membership billing options, the 14-day guarantee, the exclusivity requirement, and what happens if you decide to leave.

Summary

  • Two billing options: quarterly ($99/quarter) or annual ($299/year)

  • 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of signup

  • Exclusivity required—you cannot book under multiple IATA numbers simultaneously

  • No sales minimums or booking quotas

Membership billing

Two options:

Notes

Quarterly

$99/quarter

Billed every 3 months

Annual

$299/year

Billed once; saves ~$97 vs. quarterly

The membership fee is not contingent on bookings. You pay it regardless of how much or how little you book—it covers access to the platform, tools, training, and supplier relationships.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you sign up and decide Fora isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of completing your signup. After the 14-day window, refunds are not available.

This window is enough time to complete Certified training, explore the Portal, attend a live session, and get a genuine sense of the platform.

Exclusivity requirement

Fora requires exclusivity. You cannot maintain an active relationship with another host agency or book under multiple IATA numbers (the accreditation numbers used to identify travel agencies to suppliers) simultaneously. If you join while affiliated with another agency, you'll need to formally end that relationship.

This is how most brokerage-model businesses work—your supplier relationships and commission flow through one agency at a time.

Sales requirements

There are no booking quotas or minimum sales requirements to maintain your membership. You can book as much or as little as you choose. The one exception: a pattern of exclusively personal bookings with no client activity in your first 6 months may trigger an account review. See Does Fora Have Sales Requirements or Quotas for detail.

If you decide to leave

You can cancel your membership at any time directly on portal under your account tab. Supplier certifications and credentials you hold personally—not tied to Fora's IATA—remain yours and can be transferred to a new agency.

FAQs

Can I switch between quarterly and annual billing?
Yes, you can switch directly in Portal. If you switch mid-cycle, we’ll credit the unused portion of your quarterly plan toward the annual plan (so you’re not paying twice for time you already paid for).

What happens after the 14-day guarantee window?
Refunds are not available after 14 days. Engage with the platform early to evaluate it properly.

Can I pause my membership instead of canceling?
No, but if you cancel and decide to return down the line you can reach out to our membership team to have your account reinstated.

What if I want to rejoin after canceling?
No need to reapply. Email support for a reactivation link.

Do I owe anything when I cancel?
No. You can cancel at any time without penalty.
