Kim Hannum provided us outstanding planning and personal attention for our journey to Italy which included exploring Sicily while staying in Palermo and Taormina, and a return trip for us to Santa Margherita to experience Portofino and Cinque a Terre. All of our accommodations were outstanding and the locations encouraged us to explore the area. During our 2 weeks of traveling, Kim offered a variety of options for transportation, commercial or private, all resulting in perfect timing and comfort. While situated at our hotels, Kim made great suggestions and booked daily excursions such private tours to local vineyards, private boat trips of coastlines, suggested hiking opportunities or cooking classes and food tasting tours to experience local tastes. The topper - she organized a private birthday celebration at a spectacular restaurant on a cliff overlooking Cinque a Terre!! Kim is extremely detail oriented, but fun and creative.
