Sarah was amazing! So much so that I reached out to her for several other bookings! The was thoughtful, gave excellent recommendations and communicated timely. She made our trip so much better and the fact that she got us such a gorgeous and unexpected upgrade made the trip so much more memorable. This stop was a trip high on our cross country trip!

Sarah was very helpful booking the trip and quick to respond to any questions I had. When we got to the resort we were not happy with the room they gave us. I contacted Sarah and she made some phone calls and within a couple hours we were moved to the room we wanted! Great trip!
