My son and I are incredibly grateful that we booked our trip through Richel at Fora Travel. We took a short trip from Montreal to Toronto and then on to Niagara Falls, and Richel made the entire experience easy and stress-free from beginning to end.
Every detail was handled efficiently and precisely, from our train tickets to our car rental with Budget. In fact, the car rental rate Richel secured for us was actually better than the corporate rate available through my own company, which was a very pleasant surprise!
What impressed me most, though, was Richel’s level of communication and attention to detail. She stayed in constant contact with us throughout the trip, making sure everything was going smoothly. Whenever we needed a change or had a question, she took care of it quickly and seamlessly. We never had to worry about anything.
It’s rare to receive this level of personalized service, and it made a real difference in our trip. I will absolutely be using Richel again for future travel and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely attentive travel advisor.
