Nicole did an AMAZING job facilitating all of the different aspects of our ski trip. From the airport transfers and the equipment delivery service to the ski school lessons and hotel rooms, she truly didn’t miss a beat. Nicole didn’t just check things off of a list, but truly cared about making this a special trip for our particular family. She’s the best!

Nicole did a great job finding us a hotel in London that was both family friendly and refined. The location was exactly what we were looking for—in a quieter nook but walking distance to many different neighborhoods. Our family even got upgraded upon arrival to a beautiful suite! Nicole also helped to plan us an unforgettable day trip to the Cottswalds. She really got to know our family and made sure to plan a trip that would be special for us and our kids!

I cannot express how grateful we are to Nicole for her help in planning our dream honeymoon to Bali. Being a destination that not many have been to, it all felt a bit overwhelming to start on our own. Nicole jumped in head first by sending us the breakdown of the island, what we might expect in each location, and different highlights to consider in each location. After hearing from us a bit about what we were looking for, she crafted an itinerary for us that looked spectacular—a mix of relaxation, adventure, culture, and romance. Our trip exceeded all of our expectations. Every logistic was carefully planned by Nicole making our travel experience beyond easy. We loved the resorts we stayed in and it was truly the trip of our dreams. Nicole was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and was even readily available if we needed something while we were traveling. We cannot thank her enough for what she did and cannot wait to use her in the future!

Nicole is the best! She thinks of everything, plans ahead, and makes travel a dream. I didn't have to do a thing other than telling her where I wanted to go. She takes all the stress out of planning (and for a type-A person like me, that is saying something). Cannot recommend her more highly!
