Kristin provided exceptional service for our recent Royal Caribbean cruise! She seamlessly accommodated four adults (including two teen boys) in our room, linked our reservation with my sister’s family, and placed our cabins close together. The complimentary dinner she secured at Chops Steakhouse was a wonderful touch that our family thoroughly enjoyed. Although the cruise itself fell a bit short of expectations, Kristen’s advice, prompt communication, and efficiency were incredible. She is fantastic at what she does, and I will definitely be using her again for all my future travel plans!

I’m a little biased, but she’s awesome. Everything to a tee. For someone who works in 911 and when she gets home doesn’t want to see a computer screen, Kristen made it so flawlessly, and the only thing I had to do was look at excursions and book flights.
