Ellen is an exceptionally capable travel resource, this is our second trip working with her and this hotel one of about 10 she has recommended and booked for us so far. She always gets it just right, she has a good understanding of our priorities and is able to find the perfect properties in many different types of destinations. She has nailed it literally every time. I'm not sure how we traveled without her help! She is also incredibly easy to work with and everything seems to get done before I even realize it.
