Abby was very helpful and knowledgeable. She advised, gave suggested trip tours to go to and planned our trip from the moment we landed into Cairo, to our travel also to Sharm El Sheik. She arranged every specific details to our trip. From the moment we landed into Cairo and Sharm we were treated like special guests which made our experience more memorable. Abby was checking on us every day to make sure we were comfortable and needed anything. Will definitely be using her services again.

I couldn't have asked for a more seamless booking process. Abby was fantastic! I needed to arrange six rooms for twelve people, who would be arriving at the hotel at different times, and I was worried about the logistics, but Abby took it upon herself to do all the communication with the hotel and ensured that my guests had an easy, stress-free check-in process upon arrival. Not to mention, she went above and beyond and managed to ensure we received early check-in and were greeted with welcome amenities and a note. I truly believe she made what would've been an extremely hectic stay unbelievably calm and enjoyable. I look forward to using her services again in the future!

I'd give her 10 stars if I could: Abby is the MVP of our cruise! We couldn't have planned this last-minute 80th birthday celebratory cruise for our mom without her. This was my first cruise and I was our trip organizer so I needed her experience and guidance. She gave both as well as her time and minute attention to not just me but all members of our 19-person group. She took what seemed a rather complicated task and put the pieces together so effortlessly.
She worked closely with Royal Caribbean to get us a group AND a group coordinator, despite our super late planning. She even got each cabin a $100 onboard credit when we were expecting half that!
And Abby handling the planning so well freed me up to add some more bells and whistles to the trip to make it more special for our mom. Couldn't have done that without Abby.
Some of what sets Abby apart from other trip advisors is her depth of experience, single-minded dedication, close attention to detail, and her dogged determination to make your trip the most enjoyable it can be. She advised us on all aspects of the trip, spoke with each member of our group and handled the spectrum of personalities with grace and patience.
Our mom and many members of our group go on cruises regularly, while this was the first cruise for some of us. Mom kept saying how this was her favorite cruise of all and she was blown away by everything! First-timers, some of whom don't consider cruises their thing, enjoyed it so much that they're looking forward to going on another cruise. And everyone kept thanking me for putting this together and eagerly asked when our next cruise would be. I told all of them that Abby made it all happen!
Yes, we couldn't have had such a momentous and memorable experience without Abby as our trip advisor. She's my trip advisor for life and I'm enthusiastically recommending her to everyone!
